Stand-up Comedy Classes

Level 1 - Introduction

Intro to stand-up classes focus on the two primary aspects of stand-up comedy: writing and presenting. With weekly writing exercises and stage time every class, this class is great for people who want to try stand-up for the first time and for people who want to improve their skills. Learn what Alex and Christopher wish they had known for the first couple years they were doing stand-up.

Level 2 - Taking It To The Streets

For students who have finished Level 1 and want to keep performing, Level 2 offers a great way to take their writing and performing to the next level.  This class will focus on audience response, improving your material, and coming up with new material.  We'll have weekly "office hours" at local open mics where you can perform for an audience and get feedback from us in addition to our weekly workshops.
